As part of the team deploying the library system's new mobile app, I wrote and designed a variety of introductory resources for all public-facing staff in the organization. This launch arrived in the middle of the pandemic and a long series of changes to the organization, making the development of complex training modules impractical. These documents are two pieces I developed to support independent, asynchronous learning among staff with differing technical skills.
